and Surpasses One Million Safe Work Hours

At KIRIU USA, our greatest  accomplishments are not measured solely by the brake rotors we manufacture or the customers we serve. Our greatest accomplishment is the culture we have built together-one that prioritizes people, safety, teamwork, and excellence. 

It is with tremendous pride that I share two significant achievements that reflect the dedication and commitment of our team members.

First, KIRIU USA has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky for the third consecutive year. This honor is particularly meaningful because it is based on feedback provided directly by our team members through an independent survey conducted by Workforce Research Group in partnership with the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management. This recognition confirms what we have always believed-that our people are the heart of our success.

Second, KIRIU USA has received the Governor's Health and Safety Award for the fourth consecutive year. This prestigious award, presented on behalf of the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, recognizes organizations that demonstrate an unwavering commitment to workplace safety and employee well-being.

Adding to this achievement, our team has surpassed one million safe work hours. This milestone represents far more than a number. It reflects countless daily decisions, actions, and commitments made by every employee to protect themselves and their coworkers. It demonstrates a culture where safety is not simply a policy - it is a shared

value and personal responsibility embraced by every member of our

organization.

As a leading manufacturer of OEM brake rotors, such as Nissan and Subaru, we understand that operational excellence begins with our people. The quality of our products, the trust of our customers, and the success of our business are all built upon a foundation of engaged team members who care about one another and take pride in their work.
